Not interested in having the Gorleston Promenade turned into a Car Park. Then let your Local Councillor know how you feel. The Council were rather hoping that the first we knew about this Car Park was when the cars were in situ. Some Hope.

Next May, the time of the next Council elections will be your opportunity to REALLY let them know what you think of people who would prefer to ride roughshod over the residents of Gorleston rather than pursue the perpetrator of any parking problems - EastPort.

On Saturday 29th October 10:30am a rally will be held on the Lower Promenade at Gorleston in the Paddling Pool area. Do come along and sign the "Group Objection" against the Car Park, which will be presented to the GYBC Planning Office and is acceptable to the Planning Office, on your behalf.

What you can do today? Send your local Councillors' an Email to let them know your views.

All you have to do is to select your Councillor from the list on the next page and add your Name and Address. Feel free to change the message if you so wish.

If you live outside the area we suggest you Email Councillor Burroughs (Gorleston) as he seems to be the driving force behind the Car Park

Please DO NOT send more than one Email to your Councillor as we believe it will be counterproductive.
